ELTEMATE contributes chapter to Digitalization, AI & Innovation in Law Firms

ELTEMATE has contributed a chapter to the second edition of Digitalization, AI & Innovation in Law Firms, an insightful book by Claudia Schieblon, published by Springer Gabler.

The chapter, “Building a Technology Unit in a Law Firm,” examines how law firms can turn legal tech into a scalable, sustainable capability, covering organizational models, product development, governance, funding, commercialization, and change management.

It was co-authored by Sebastian Lach, Co-CEO, and Tomas Schurmann, Global Head of Marketing & Business Development at ELTEMATE.
